As part of our commitment to social responsibility, the Ageas Federal Kochi Spice Coast Marathon is launching a special initiative to support the Wayanad region, which has been significantly impacted by recent challenges. This initiative provides an opportunity for all participants to contribute to this worthy cause and in return receive a full refund of their registration fee. Participants who donate a minimum of ₹4,000 between July 30th and August 31st 2024, to the Chief Minister’s Relief Distress Fund (CMRDF) will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fee. This initiative is open to all categories and for all existing and new registrations made before August 31st 2024.
Refund Process:
Eligible participants will receive a refund equal to their registration fee upon verification of their donation. The verification will be facilitated through a dedicated form. A form will be distributed to already registered participants and is being included in the registration process for new participants. This form will allow participants to submit their donation receipts for verification.
Terms and Conditions
- This offer is open to all participants who donate ₹4,000 or more to the CMRDF between July 30th and August 31st 2024, register by 31st August and submit their receipts via the designated form before September 7th, 2024.
- This offer is applicable for already registered runners and for future registrations till August 31st 2024.
- The donation receipts must be submitted through the provided form. Refunds will be processed before October 30th 2024. Participants will receive a refund equal to the registration fee they paid.
- Donations to other organizations or made outside of the deadline will not qualify for a refund. Incomplete or late submissions will result in ineligibility. Donations in a family member’s name or donations by non individuals (such as companies, Clubs, NGOs, etc) are not eligible for this Refund.
- Registered Runner’s Name and Address should match with the name and address in the Donation Receipt. Donation receipt will be validated with CMRDF for authenticity.
- This initiative is only applicable for individual registrations and is not being extended to participants registering as a group.
